ClearPath Wellbeing

1. About ClearPath Wellbeing

ClearPath Wellbeing provides non-clinical wellbeing support, guidance, mentoring, and workshops. Services are offered online within the United Kingdom and are designed to support reflection, personal insight, and healthier ways of living.

ClearPath Wellbeing is operated as a sole trader

 

2. Nature of Services

All services provided by ClearPath Wellbeing are non-clinical and non-therapeutic.

They do not constitute:

  • medical advice
  • psychological therapy
  • counselling
  • psychiatric or diagnostic services

ClearPath Wellbeing does not replace professional healthcare. If you are experiencing significant mental health difficulties, you should contact your GP, NHS 111, or emergency services where appropriate.

 

3. Eligibility

Services are intended for adults aged 18 years and over.

By engaging with ClearPath Wellbeing, you confirm that:

  • you are 18 or over
  • you are engaging voluntarily
  • you understand the non-clinical nature of the service
  •  

4. Bookings and Sessions

  • Sessions are delivered online at agreed times.
  • Workshops may be offered individually or in small groups.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have suitable internet access and a private environment.

           Workshops are educational and reflective in nature and don’t              constitute therapy or group counselling.    


 

ClearPath Wellbeing reserves the right to decline or discontinue services where they are not appropriate or where boundaries are not respected.

 

5. Fees and Payment

  • Fees are clearly stated on the website or at the point of booking.
  • Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed.
  • Block bookings may be offered at a discounted rate.

All prices are in GBP. ClearPath Wellbeing is not VAT registered.

 

6. Cancellations and Missed Sessions

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full.
  • In exceptional circumstances, discretion may be applied at the sole decision of ClearPath Wellbeing.

 

7. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • their own decisions and actions
  • how they apply any guidance discussed
  • seeking appropriate professional support where needed
     

  ClearPath Wellbeing does not accept responsibility for outcomes resulting from decisions made by clients outside sessions.

 

8. Confidentiality

ClearPath Wellbeing respects client confidentiality.

Information shared will not be disclosed except:

  • where there is a legal obligation
  • where there is concern of serious harm to the client or others

ClearPath Wellbeing operates in line with UK data protection law. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for full details.

 

9. Respectful Use & Concerns

ClearPath Wellbeing maintains clear professional boundaries.

Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services without refund.

If you have concerns about the service provided, please contact ClearPath Wellbeing directly so we can address the matter promptly.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • ClearPath Wellbeing is not liable for indirect or consequential loss
  • Liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

 

11. Changes to Terms

ClearPath Wellbeing may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
